Loyalty Points – Register to Earn Points!

Each product has a value in Loyalty Points. With every purchase, you accumulate points that you can use to buy products available on the website.

Each product has a corresponding value in POINTS. This information is visible on each product’s page.
The total Loyalty Points accumulated can be viewed in your account under the ‘Loyalty Points’ section.

Shipping Costs & Times
Shipping within Italy: €5.90 (Free for orders over €59.90).
Shipping within Europe: €15.00. For orders shipped outside Italy, a minimum order of €60.00 is required.

Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer at the time of order placement. Orders will be processed within 48 working hours upon receipt of payment. For more information, please refer to the general terms of sale.
The customs clearance costs of the shipment will be borne by the Customer.

3. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us by phone or email within three days of receiving your order, preferably with a photograph of the package and its contents.

Please do not return products without first contacting us and obtaining an RMA number.

Outbound shipping costs and import duties are non-refundable. The same applies to return shipping and insurance costs, unless otherwise agreed.
